GT Motive has deployed its consulting offer at Allianz Partners France in order to optimise processes with a view to improving efficiency.

Following the integration of an SIV (identification by license plate) feature in the GT Estimate damage appraisal tool, we have moved forward several stages in the validation of repair bills.

This optimisation allows us to orient every phase of vehicle identification, parts, prices and labour in a single tool. All with the possibility of immediate implementation. It delivers considerable gains that facilitate decision-making, streamline our work and promote relationships with the workshop. Our team of technicians saw the benefits immediately.

In association with our track record, focused on the optimisation of processing and continuous improvement, GT Motive's intervention has introduced a degree of automation in our file management.
