March 8th marks International Women’s Day. At GT Motive we have always worked for equality and believe in the incalculable value that the diversity of talent brings in all its variants: cultures, gender, origin, abilities, etc.
We value the great wealth that each person brings, unique and different, generating synergies and contributing to the development of more innovative solutions and results.
Currently, we are more than 85 women in the company, belonging to the automotive sector (traditionally mostly occupied by men), which gradually normalizes the incorporation of female talent in its ranks.
March 8th is an important day. From here goes our tribute to the women of GT Motive and to all the working women of the world for their effort and achievements in the struggle to achieve equality in all areas.
