RESPONSABILITIES:

check Contrast budgets provided by clients in their queries.
check Manage the fleet of vehicles according to the maintenance set by the manufacturer in order to keep these in perfect working order.
check Communication via mail and / or telephone with the workshops to solve possible daily incidents.
check Consult references and repair times in the different tools available.
check Control the medium cost per authorization, seeking savings.
 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

check Experience in customer service minimum 1 year.
check Native level of Swedish.
check Professional automotive training valuable.
check Experience in workshops or as an appraiser valuable.
